We at poppy Petals understand that for online shoppers need to have the peace of mind that if the cloths did not fit, you can return them and get a replacement or a refund.
Also, our online refund policy is fully compliance with Australian consumer protection guidelines. So, the customer is entitled for a replacement or a refund due to wrong description and specification to what is displayed in the website, wrong price, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Please note that you are not entitled to a replacement or a refund because of simply change of mind.
You have 14 days from the order received date to return the items for a replacement or for a refund. You should return the garments its original state with labels and tags. It doesn’t have to be in the same packaging but the garment shouldn’t be used or damaged. Simply fill out the return slip enclosed with every order and send it back to us.
